My stay was a mixed bag. On one hand, the location was fantastic with stunning views, and the rooms were spacious and clean. However, I encountered significant issues with customer service which left a sour note. The dining options were decent, but the hours weren't accommodating. Overall, I enjoyed aspects of the hotel but was disappointed with the service experience.

Staying at this resort had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, and the location offered a serene beach experience. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired, with disinterested staff creating a less than ideal atmosphere. Dining was inconsistent, with some meals great but others not meeting expectations.

Our stay at Elements was truly memorable, with well-designed units nestled among serene surroundings, making for a luxurious experience. The staff was accommodating and the spa services were delightful, contributing to our overall relaxation. However, the dining offerings could be improved slightly in terms of flexibility with the breakfast arrangements, and one of the beds we encountered was uncomfortable, leading to a less than ideal night’s sleep.

The layout of our villa was perfect for sharing with friends, and the service was mostly great, though a few areas could use some improvement. While the dining options were excellent, breakfast no longer felt like good value without our membership discount. Overall, we had an amazing experience and are eager to return.
